One-to-one yoga

The benefits of yoga are legion and legendary (honestly!). You can better ensure that you are accessing those benefits by working one-to-one with a teacher.

I offer sessions with a considered approach to postures, breathwork, meditation and the ideas behind all of these that are tailored to where you are right now and where you want to get to.

Sometimes it feels like there should be a re-boot button for life

One-to-ones are ideal if:

  • you’re starting out and want to make sure you understand the instructions
  • you feel self-conscious ‘exercising’ in groups
  • you’re thinking of taking up yoga and want to cut to the chase as to what it’s really about
  • you have needs and questions that you don’t think would be addressed in a general class, for example, you have difficulty hearing instructions in a larger room/group or you want to know how to adapt movements to minimise back pain
  • you already practice yoga and want to go deeper into it in a more personal way
  • you’re comfortable with at least one aspect of yoga (such as the postures) and want to explore other aspects in more detail (such as breathwork or meditation)
  • you want to use yoga for specific goals (e.g. you’re already a high achiever and want to take an unconventional and highly-effective approach to personal/professional development through a healthy body and calm mind)

These sessions take place in my home studio, or I can come to you if you’re within a 10-minute drive of Reigate, Surrey. Wherever we are, all equipment will be provided and the class will last for an hour. Please wear comfortable clothing in which you can move freely, and have an extra layer ready for the relaxation part of class.

5 sessions: £235 (includes 15-minute relaxation audio designed for you)
10 sessions: £450 (includes 15-minute relaxation audio designed for you + 45-minute Marma therapy (Ayurvedic ‘acupressure’) session
