The one-to-one approach uses the standard timescale of an initial eight-week programme because this has been shown again and again to be most effective.
Each session lasts 50-minutes and can be done over the interwebs (Skype/Facetime/Google Hangout), phone, or in-person in Reigate, Surrey.
This flexibility of approach could be the best option for you if:
- you have a busy diary and can’t commit to a class at the same time each week
- you prefer learning and discussing your questions and progress with just one trainer rather than in a group of learners
- you have identified particular goals for using mindfulness that you’d like to explore in detail
- you know you want to understand and apply mindfulness at your own pace
An 8-week series of one-to-one mindfulness training sessions is £360.
After the eight weeks, you have the option of four 50-minute monthly sessions to ensure you are supported in sustaining your practice and developing it further. These sessions will give you the chance to reflect on the ways in which mindfulness is becoming embedded in your whole approach to life. It will provide the opportunity to deepen your practice in relation to your life as it’s unfolding month by month.
