Two audios are included, which guide you through various mindfulness meditations, so you’re never on your own in this practice.

Outlining the whole 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course, and its underlying principles, this book provides a wonderful next step for you if you’ve taken any mindfulness-based courses.

Complete with stories from other mindfulness authors, this small book conveys Jon’s profound humility which underlies his approach to this work. This relatively small book is a useful addition to other books on mindfulness and will help generate some deep thinning about the way you’re living life.

Mindfulness: A practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world

The foundational text for the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy work done by Oxford University. It gives the background to the bringing-together of the original mainstream mindfulness course (MBSR) and CBT.

You can take yourself through the 8-week programme outlined in the book, using the guided meditations on the included CD, or work with a mindfulness teacher trained to deliver this programme.
